What does "Tauferer Straßenküche" means? It is a very popular culinary event, taking place every Tuesday evening in summer - between 13th July and 24th August on the streets and squares in Sand in Taufers, a little village in Tauferer Ahrntal.

During the summer month, every Tuesday evening you will find a lot of stands in the streets of Sand in Taufers, where you can taste South Tyrolean specialties like dumplings with the stinky traditional cheese "Graukas" or pasta with fresh mushrooms.
