Events Tauferer Ahrntal in spring 2008

Spring is upon us: we discover together all the events of the Tauferer Ahrntal Valley.

The awakening of nature, the last snow for more nostalgic skiing, first walks and tours, cultural events and and culinary demonstrations. This and more has to offer Tauferer Ahrntal Valley in spring.

A highlight in May is the first Fiat X1/9 Bertone meeting, a must for old-timer fans! The Bertone Meeting takes place in Luttach from 23th to 25th May 2008. On program are: trips to the Dolomites, museum-visits and culinary delicacies in typical restaurants.

From April to the end of August, Taufers castle shows an exhibition about Leonardo da Vinci and his masterpieces.

Also in May in Sand in Taufers people celebrate a big medieval festivity in Taufers castle. The knights-festival from 10th to 11th May is called “Leonardo da Vinci”-Festival and will entertain the visitors with medieval fight shows, fireworks, music, jugglers and a big children-program.
